All our line of products is Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and should be forwarded directly to the manufacturer against any defect (please refer to manufacturer's warranty policy).
- Dead on Arrival (DOA):
For DOA merchandise, customer must request Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) by Filling out an RMA request form and emailing back to RMA@c2wireless.com within 3 business days from receipt.
- Defective Phones
3 days DOA exchange or 15 days “Service Only” warranty from date of receipt. Selected phones have extended warranty from C2 Wireless.

How to File a Claim
You may begin your claim by filling out an online Return Authorization Request form and email back to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 949-281-2155 with the following information (sending a picture is suggested):
- Company Name
- Your Address
- Invoice #
- QTY Returning, Model, IMEI/ESN, Purchase Date
- Name, email, Phone number
- Describe problem of product(s)
Once your RMA request is approved, an RMA number will be issued with shipping instructions. We suggest shipping back using UPS or FedEx for tracking purposes.
Each RMA Number is valid for one time only and should not be used for any other product that was not authorized at the time of your RMA request. C2Wireless will not accept any returned goods that do not have an authorized Return Merchandise Number and such RMA number should clearly appear on the outside of your shipped package.
Once the DOA returned product is received and unopened in the original box and/or unused, we will exchange it with the same product if available or credit your account for the full paid price as per your invoice, such credit to be applied toward future orders.
All DOA returned products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that were shipped with the product. All returned product(s) must be suitably packaged in order to prevent damage. We will not accept responsibility for goods, which are damaged while in transit back to us.
All returns must be shipped back to C2Wireless via prepaid freight, we recommend using UPS or FED EX. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% Re-stocking fee for products returned which are not DOA.
All DOA product replacements will be shipped back to customers via prepaid freight.
The original and return shipping and handling charge will NOT be refunded or reimbursed under all circumstances.
